1. Parties

Seller: Kanalify ("the Site")
Buyer: The user who purchases a membership plan or a boost package through the Site.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of digital services (membership plan, channel boost package, etc.) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Site. The agreement has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Nature of the Service and Fee

The name, duration, and price of the purchased membership plan or boost package are displayed to the Buyer on screen at the time of purchase and confirmed by proceeding to the payment page. Payments are collected through the contracted payment provider (Shopier); card details are not stored by the Site.

4. Performance

Once payment is confirmed, the purchased service (activation of the membership plan or boosting of the channel) is automatically activated without delay.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form and contracts relating to intangible goods, where performance of the service has begun with the Buyer's consent.

Accordingly, a Buyer who confirms the purchase and completes payment is deemed to have accepted the instant, automatic activation of the service (membership/boost), and there is no right of withdrawal with respect to these services.

If the service cannot be activated for any technical reason, or is not performed as expected, the Buyer may submit a request using the form on our Contact page; a refund may be issued if deemed appropriate following review.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts authorized according to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade.

7. Effect

By confirming the purchase transaction through the Site, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
