Channel/group information on the Site is added by users. Kanalify does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or legal compliance of this content. Joining third-party channels/groups is entirely at the user's own risk. The Site cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the listed channels.

The Site does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is," and Kanalify cannot be held liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for any damage that may arise from the use of the Site.

3. User Obligations

• Channels/groups that are illegal, harmful, misleading, or that violate the rights of third parties may not be added.
• The user who adds content is responsible for its accuracy.
• The user is responsible for the security of their account information.
• False statements may not be made in comments, descriptions, or reports submitted through the Site.

4. Moderation

Added channels go through a review process before being published. Kanalify reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any channel or account without providing a reason.

5. Paid Services

Membership plans and boost services offered through the Site are paid. Please review the Distance Sales Agreement page for payment terms and the right of withdrawal.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, software, and brand of the Site belong to Kanalify. The rights to content added by users belong to the respective content owners.

7. Changes

Kanalify may update these terms of use at any time. The current terms are published on this page and take effect from the moment of publication.
