This document has been prepared to inform users about the personal data processed through Kanalify ("the Site"), in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Data Controller

Kanalify is an independently operated website. Within the scope of this Site, your personal data is processed by the Site operator acting as the data controller. For requests and questions, you may use the form on our Contact page.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact information (full name, email, phone)
• Account information (username, password — stored encrypted)
• Channel/activity information (added channels, favorites, reports)
• Payment transaction records (via the payment provider; card details are not stored by the Site)
• Technical data (IP address, browser information, cookies)

3. Purposes of Processing

• Creating and managing your membership account
• Carrying out payment and subscription transactions
• Running channel approval/moderation processes
• Responding to customer support requests
• Fulfilling legal obligations and resolving legal disputes

4. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be shared with the contracted payment institution for the purpose of carrying out payment transactions, and with legally authorized public institutions/organizations, within the scope of the conditions set out in KVKK. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing, subject to the statutory retention periods set out in applicable legislation.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed; request its deletion or destruction; request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred; object to a result that is unfavorable to you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and request compensation for any damage you suffer.
