Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 07.09.2026
1. Our Commitment
Kanalify applies a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material. Channels/communities that promote, encourage, or link to such content are never hosted on the Platform in any way and are removed immediately upon detection.
2. Scope
Kanalify is a directory service that makes publicly accessible channels and communities on third-party platforms (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp) discoverable. It does not offer in-platform messaging or file sharing between users. Nevertheless, if the name, description, logo, or linked content of a channel added to the directory is associated with CSAE, the measures below apply.
3. Detection and Reporting Mechanism
- Every channel detail page has a "Report" function that users can use directly.
- All newly added channels go through moderation review before publication (status: pending → approved/rejected).
- When a report or channel suspected of CSAE is detected, the record is immediately taken down and the account that added it is suspended.
- Where deemed necessary, reports are made to relevant national authorities (in Turkey, the Directorate of Cybercrime under the General Directorate of Security) and/or international organizations (NCMEC — National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
